My husband an...Those french sure know how to cook! My husband and I also had our best meal ever in Paris. It was small restaurant near the Eiffel Tower. We both had duck confit (duck legs braised in duck lard, then pan fried to get the skin crispy) served with basmati rice. My husband almost dropped his fork after his first bite, then his rolled back into his head.
